Do I need to make an appointment to bring clothes in for consignment?
No appointment is necessary. Consignment Intake hours are Monday-Saturday from 10:00am-5:00pm.
Can I check my account balance over the phone?
No. With over 14,000 consignors we require all balance inquiries be made in the store. For further details please refer to the .
What is your return policy?
Because we are a consignment shop and work with over 14,000 consignors, all sales are final.
Can I receive a tax receipt for items donated through your store?
Yours Truly receives no tax credit for items donated. We can provide a print out of all items donated by year and have a blank receipt mailed to you upon request.
Can I use the money I make from consigned clothes towards purchasing items in the store?
Consignor may use sales earnings as store credit & earn an extra 10% on the store credit amount used at the point of sale or request payment at any time in the Intake area for the regular 40% consignor split of sale.
